Orisven may supply physical items such as branded materials or technical documentation upon request.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Software Development Services

If cancellation is requested prior to commencement of work, Orisven will issue a full refund within 14 days of approval. Services that are in progress at the time of cancellation are not eligible for a refund, as resources have already been allocated. Clients may postpone scheduled services by mutual agreement.

3.2 Informational Products

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the product has not been fully accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.

3.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back to Orisven within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

4. Modifications

Orisven reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
